Benny Blanco and Selena Gomez did not go on a double date with Tayvis.
Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift are known for being long-time best friends, but now that they are both dating Benny Blanco and Travis Kelce, the idea of a double date seems inevitable.
However, according to Blanco, the double date has not happened yet. In an interview with SiriusXM, the producer revealed, “No, we have not double dated. I just saw Taylor at Sushi Park in Los Angeles a week ago. I ran into her right before Coachella a week ago.”
Blanco also shared how his relationship with Gomez blossomed unexpectedly. “You know how people constantly tell you ‘When you least expect it, it’s going to happen. When you’re not looking for it’? Honestly, we weren’t even — the first time we were hanging out where it was leaning towards that way, we were both talking about our love lives. Before we knew it, it just kind of happened,” he recalled.
Gomez confirmed her relationship with Blanco on December 7, after about six months of dating. In response to fans on Instagram, she expressed, “He is my absolute everything in my heart, and I am at my happiest in this relationship.”
The singer and actress publicly displayed their relationship by sharing photos on Instagram, including one where Blanco is hugging Gomez among friends, and another where she leans back to kiss him.
The couple also celebrated New Year’s Eve together, with Gomez posting a photo on her Instagram Stories. In the photo, Blanco has his arms wrapped around her and appears to be giving her a kiss.
