Following Biden’s announcement that he would suspend his re-election campaign and endorse Vice President Harris for the Democrat nomination, concerns about his health and ability to serve out his term have escalated.
Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen defended Biden, highlighting his strong performance in various international meetings and rebutting doubts about his mental acuity.
Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm echoed Yellen’s sentiments, describing Biden as the wisest and most knowledgeable person in the room, with sharp insights and keen questioning abilities.
