JD Vance criticizes Kamala Harris for doubting his loyalty to the United States
JD Vance, the Republican vice presidential candidate, didn’t mince words when he addressed Democratic nominee Kamala Harris at a campaign rally in St. Cloud, Minnesota. Harris had accused Vance of being “loyal only to Trump, not to our country” and labeled him a “rubber stamp for [Trump’s] extreme agenda” in a YouTube video posted on July 16.
In response, Vance highlighted his background of Marine Corps service and small business ownership, contrasting it with Harris’ perceived failures in handling the border crisis. At the rally, Vance emphasized the concept of loyalty, stating, “There is no greater sign of disloyalty to this country than what Kamala Harris has done at our southern border.”
Addressing the crowd in St. Cloud, Vance continued to challenge Harris’s record as border czar under the Biden administration, questioning her actions regarding his loyalty to the country. He reminded the audience of his service in the Marine Corps, his deployments to Iraq, and his efforts in building a business for the country.
Vance further emphasized the sacrifices made by his running mate and former President Donald Trump, stating, “My question to Kamala Harris is, what the hell have you done to question our loyalty to the United States of America?” The crowd responded with resounding applause, supporting Vance’s sentiments.
Undeterred, Vance asserted that Harris had done nothing to question his loyalty or that of President Trump. He urged the audience to send a clear message to the media, Harris, and hardworking patriots nationwide. Vance expressed his readiness to support President Trump’s re-election bid and vowed to work tirelessly to ensure his return to office.
With the November election approaching, Vance’s impassioned speech resonated with the audience in St. Cloud, Minnesota. As the political landscape continues to evolve, the clash between vice presidential candidates serves as a reminder of the heated nature of American politics.
