Representative Bowman says AIPAC will feel the Bronx’s power during rally speech.

Rep. Jamaal Bowman of New York delivered a passionate speech at a rally, criticizing U.S. involvement in Israel in a profanity-laced address against AIPAC, the American Israel Public Affairs Committee. He specifically called out AIPAC for launching a $14 million campaign against his reelection due to his criticisms of Israel.

During the rally, Bowman, energized by the cheering audience, exclaimed, “We are gonna show f—ing AIPAC the power of the motherf—ing South Bronx.”

Addressing the criticisms of his language, Bowman explained, “People ask me why I got a foul mouth. What am I supposed to do? You coming after me. You coming after my family. You coming after my children. I’m not supposed to fight back? We’re gonna show them who the f— we are.”

Bowman has been a vocal critic of the Israeli government’s actions and the conflict with Hamas, denouncing it as a genocide against Palestinians. He emphasized that U.S. dollars should not be used to kill innocent civilians.

At the rally, Bowman reiterated his stance, stating, “We are not gonna stay silent while the U.S. tax dollar kills babies and women and children. My opponent supports genocide. My opponent and AIPAC are the ones destroying our democracy.”

The rally also saw Sen. Bernie Sanders endorsing Bowman, urging voters to focus on combating oligarchy rather than individual disagreements with the candidate. Sanders emphasized the importance of unity in preventing billionaires from influencing elections.

Rep. Jamaal Bowman represents New York’s 16th District in the U.S. House of Representatives. He will face challenger Westchester County Executive George Latimer in what is predicted to be one of the most expensive House primary races in U.S. history.

A recent poll conducted by Pix11, Emerson College, and The Hill, showed Latimer leading Bowman 48% to 31%. If Latimer emerges victorious in the primary, he will become the first moderate Democrat to defeat a member of the left-wing “Squad.”
