Republicans Call for DOJ to Prosecute Hunter Biden and James Biden for Alleged False Statements to Congress

The allegations revolve around specific instances during Hunter and James Biden’s testimony earlier this year, as part of Republicans’ impeachment inquiry. The three instances of alleged false statements include:

2. Hunter Biden’s denial of a formal role in the company Rosemont Seneca Bohai, despite documents signed by him indicating his position as the company’s corporate secretary.
