Supreme Court to consider ban on puberty blockers and surgery for transgender minors in Tennessee.
The U.S. Supreme Court made a significant decision on Monday by agreeing to review the Biden administration’s challenge to Tennessee’s ban on puberty blockers and transgender surgeries for minors. The case, U.S. v. Skrmetti, is scheduled to be argued in the upcoming term starting in October, marking the first time the highest court in the country will deliberate on restrictions related to puberty blockers, hormone therapy, and surgery for minors.
