The music scene has been ablaze with female talent, as 10 out of the 11 artists with the most nominations for the 2024 MTV EMAs are women. Leading the pack is Taylor Swift with an impressive seven nods, including best artist, best video, best pop, and biggest fans. Following closely behind are Ariana Grande, Billie Eilish, Charli XCX, and Sabrina Carpenter, each with five nominations. Other artists with four nods include Ayra Starr, Beyoncé, Kendrick Lamar, LISA, Chappell Roan, and Tyla.

What’s truly exciting about this year’s nominations is the diversity and global representation in pop music.
