Good “Karma” begets more good karma. The Kansas City Chiefs continued their perfect run this season with a 28-18 victory over the San Francisco 49ers, making them the only undefeated team in the NFL with a record of 6-0. Shortly after this impressive win, Taylor Swift subtly paid tribute to her perfect boyfriend once again.
During a performance of the Midnights single “Karma” at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, Swift changed the lyrics to “Karma is the guy on the Chiefs,” much to the delight of fans in the audience. This gesture is just one of many times Swift has made this lyrical change, dating back to her first alteration nearly a year ago in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Swift kicked off the final U.S. leg of her Eras Tour in Miami, where she performed for three consecutive nights. Despite some showers, Swift dazzled the crowd with new outfits, surprise mash-ups of her songs, and even brought out Florence Welch for a special collaboration performance of “Florida!!!”.
