Travis Kelce Gets Football Play Advice from Taylor Swift
Taylor Swift’s passion for football seems to be growing as she delves deeper into the intricacies of the game. Recently, Travis Kelce, the tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs, shared in an interview on The Rich Eisen Show that Taylor has been actively learning about football and even started making play suggestions. Kelce mentioned that Taylor’s attention to detail, which she displays in her music career, has now extended to her interest in football. While Kelce lightheartedly mentioned that none of Taylor’s play suggestions have made it to Coach Andy Reid yet, he acknowledged her curiosity and dedication to learning about the game.
Kelce humorously added that Taylor is a bit biased when it comes to creating plays for him, showcasing her supportive nature both on and off the field.
During one of Taylor Swift’s performances, Kelce made a special appearance on stage during the song “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart.” Kelce’s presence added a fun element to the performance, with Taylor ensuring that he felt comfortable and had a good time on stage. Kelce shared that he simply wanted to avoid any embarrassing mishaps, like dropping Taylor while on stage, emphasizing the supportive and collaborative relationship they share.
As Taylor Swift continues to expand her knowledge of football, Kelce has a busy schedule ahead with various entertainment projects lined up for this fall. He is set to host Prime Video’s game show “Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity?” where contestants will rely on celebrities to help answer elementary school-level questions for a chance to win $100,000. Additionally, Kelce will be appearing in Ryan Murphy’s drama series “Grotesquerie” premiering on FX and Hulu on September 25.
