Former President Trump’s supporters at his recent Las Vegas rally are eager to see who will share the Republican ticket with him in November. Many attendees voiced their preferences, showing strong support for different potential candidates.

One supporter expressed their desire to see Florida Senator Marco Rubio on the ticket, highlighting his alignment with Trump’s beliefs and the need for a younger, energetic candidate who can carry on Trump’s vision in the future. Another rallygoer backed Arkansas Senator Tom Cotton, while another suggested North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum due to his business experience.

A man at the rally stood by his choice of former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn, emphasizing Flynn’s loyalty and support for Trump over the years. Another attendee, a veteran, advocated for Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, citing their shared military background as a strong combination.

Former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley was also proposed as a potential running mate, with a supporter expressing confidence in her ability to work alongside Trump effectively. South Carolina Senator Tim Scott was also mentioned as a possible choice.

Despite the variety of preferences, one woman emphasized that the most important outcome was to ensure Trump’s victory in the upcoming election.

Trump’s campaign has initiated the next phase of selecting a running mate by requesting documentation from several potential contenders, including Rubio, Burgum, and Ohio Senator JD Vance. The decision on the vice-presidential candidate is expected to be announced at the Republican National Convention in July.
